About Us

North Belfast Partnership coordinates urban regeneration activity throughout North Belfast. It is one of five area Partnerships in Belfast - Greater East, Greater Shankill, West and South - which together operate under the common forum of Belfast Area Partnerships (BAPs).

The Partnership's areas of activities are summarised in general in the Partnership's Strategy 2004-2008, delivered through discrete development programmes in community relations, community development, social development, and the Inner North Belfast Urban II Programme (EU Community Initiative).

The Partnership's Strategy and operations are overseen by a Board comprising representatives of the local community and voluntary sector, elected Belfast City Councillors, key public agencies, and specialist social partners.
