Organisation Structure
A company limited by guarantee and registered charity, the Partnership has a Board membership of 24 representatives from across the local community, voluntary, public, private social partners and political sectoral interests. A central feature of the Partnership's work is to facilitate stakeholder engagement to create effective collaboration which can influence how public policy and strategic resources are used to respond to local needs. To assist its work the Board delegates specific responsibilities to a number of sub-committees, crrently an Executive Committee and the Urban II Programme Management Executive. In addition, ad hoc advisory groups are established to assist with specific development work Day-to-day management is overseen by the Chief Executive, supported by staff employed to carry out detailed work of the Partnership..
